Planning your day can be overwhelming, especially when deciding on wedding decorations. Opting for professional assistance can be a great solution. Renting wedding decor is a convenient choice, saving time, money, and the hassle of storage and resale. If you have a vision but need help bringing it to life, our services include creating beautiful centerpieces, entrance ways, sweets tables, in memory tables, floral swags, and any other decor elements for your wedding. With our range of rental options, we can cater to all your decor needs. We offer flat rate of $800, providing full design support for 12 months leading up to your wedding. Additionally, we offer unlimited phone and email support leading up to your event.

professional set/up tear down

Starting at $350+

Our professional set up/tear down starts at $350+ with myself +1 stafff member. It includes staging of guest tables and head table only (up to 15 tables and head table). Prices will increase for more guest tables, each additional staging area such as ceremony space, entrance space, card/gift table, sweets table, arch decor and room flips. Price increase is based on additional staff needed to ensure your set up/tear down is perfect. We do require a minimum of 3 hrs to set up table tops and head table. If venue has a time restriction then additional staff will be necessary to execute this. Delivery fee is extra and if venue is more than 30 miles away, we require an additional mileage fee to have to come back.


Unlimited phone and email support leading up to event.

This package goes hand in hand with our professional set up/tear down. I provide this service at the venue only. This package includes myself +1 staff member

Complete tabletop set up in venue and ceremony space (only if at venue) All other decor (sweets table, card table. guest check in, seating chart area etc) will be included. Please note depending on how big venue is, guest tables, large room flips and additional areas to decorate, additional staff may be needed to secure your set up and tear down is perfect. We do require a minimum of 3 hrs to set up table tops and head table. If you have restricted hours for decorating purposes, then additional staff will be needed. Delivery fee is not included. This service is only available with our wedding design service.

From the very beginning my experience with Save the Date was spot on perfect! Teresa is so easy to work with, professional and personal at the same time, and has a eye for beautiful design. One trip to her showroom to mock up our Tables-cape was all it took. We put together what I had & tweaked it with her decor as well as picked beautiful pieces to add to the venue’s esthetics . So fun & their prices are more than fair! She is very good at communicating & returned all calls or emails promptly, unlike other vendors. I found Save the Date Rentals on a local wedding page post and let me tell you... Teresa and her team blew it out of the water on my wedding decor and staging services! We hired her company for both decor rental and set up and paid far less than other companies we inquired with. I appreciate how transparent they were with pricing along the way. There are always places you can trim back in a wedding budget, but wedding decor and day of coordination are not one of them. During the wedding planning process, I started going through FB marketplace pages to find the decor I was looking for and I got burnt out very quick. Outside of finding the decor you want, it’s even harder trying to coordinate family and friends to set everything up the day before and morning of your wedding. As much as people say they are willing to help, asking people to set up, break down, pack and transport your decor is a huge ask of your family and friends. Hiring Save the Date was a huge blessing to me and allowed me to soak in every minute of my wedding weekend. From the time I booked with Teresa, she ensured that I knew it was all about me and would do her best to accommodate my decor requests, big and small! She went out of her way to visit my venue with me before we started the decor planning process. She took photos and videos of the space to ensure she had ever inch of my tri-level venue accounted for (and she nailed it). Not an inch of my venue was left untouched or forgotten about. I visited her store numerous times to pick out what I wanted and to see my mock table set up in person. Teresa gave me ideas for things that I hadn't even thought of and even threw in surprises for me on my wedding day. I had new ideas along the way and Teresa never made me feel like a burden, even when I changed my mind. On the day of my wedding, there were multiple details that other vendors didn’t follow through on as planned... Teresa's team willingly addressed those gaps without even being asked. If you have the opportunity to hire her team as a coordinator as well, I highly recommend it. All in all, I had such a great experience with Save the Date Rentals. Whether you have a big venue to decorate or a small one, Teresa will take it to the next level and save you TONs of time and money. Having to resell wedding decor on FB marketplace is a nightmare and you’ll never make the money back like you think will... save yourself the hassle. Thank you all for the most beautiful reception!

My son married the love of his life this past Saturday and thanks to Teresa, it was truly a dream wedding come true. Her beautiful vision brought that venue to life, down to the last little detail and made the whole experience complete for the happy couple. Teresa is not only friendly and so personable, she really puts her heart into it, treating it as if it were her very own. Well worth reaching out to her for your future events!!

Terms & Conditions

Effective 6/21/2023

Down payment/Security Deposit Terms:


For 3-6 month rentals, an initial 50% deposit of our minimum rental amount of $500 is required and will go ​towards your final bill. If choosing any of our packages or services, then 25% of the package will be required ​for down payment and will go towards your final bill. A security deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is ​required and will be refunded when rental items are returned in same condition as rented. Please keep in ​mind that down payment is non-refundable if you choose to cancel 30 days after signing contract.


Cancellation Terms:


If renter cancels anytime after initial contract signing, any deposit, payment, security payment, delivery ​fees, staging/coordination fees will be forfeited. I hold this day specifically for you and put alot of time into ​your day behind the scenes. I only refund for one reason and that is if there is an unfortunate illness or ​death in the family and the event cannot take place. We will give no refunds for our furniture rentals due to ​weather or if any rentals were unused.


Payment Terms:


Payments can be made by Venmol, cash, credit card or check (Please note that if a check bounces, there is ​a $30 NSF fee and another form of payment will be required) No checks will be accepted for final payment

All rental items must be returned in same packaging that it was rented in. This includes bubble wrap, packing materials, totes and boxes. Security deposit will refunded by check and can be picked up or mailed.


Our vintage furniture is old and suppose to look worn. There may be imperfections and renter will not be held responsible for extra imperfections. Please be extremely careful when transporting these items. There is no discount for early delivery. Delivery available for an extra fee as well as set up. (See FAQ's)


Please note that we love to invest in our Bride's and would love to help you with everything for your wedding. We can do almost anything except for anything that is Disney, Harry Potter, Marvel, Starwars, etc.

How do I go about renting my day?

How long can I rent my items for ​and how do I reserve them?

We offer anywhere from 1-5 day rentals. ​For a weekend wedding, you may pick up ​the items 2 days before the event and you ​have up to 2 days after the event to drop ​them off. We are flexible as long as it is ​planned ahead of time. Please see rental ​chart below on how to reserve your rental ​iems for your day.

6+ months from event - requires you to ​choose from our full design, ultimate or ​complete package to secure your day and ​rental items.


3-6 months - requires $500 minimum rental


up to 3 months - no minimum required


Please note that we can’t guarantee the rental ​items you are wanting to rent. This is because ​we have many wedding events booking 1+ ​years out.



Do you deliver or set up/tear down? Professional services?

Yes we deliver, see prices below based on distance. No delivery or pick up on holidays. This fee is based on 1 round trip. So if needing to be picked up, this is another mileage trip of $30.00 . This is just delivery, no set up. If you need set up of arches, table setting, etc. see below. Rates below are based on one vehicle plus tow fees. Tow fees apply if larger items are needed to be transported, otherwise it is just delivery fee.


0 - 30 miles - $60.00 + tow fee

31 - 60 miles - $120.00 + tow fee

61 - 90miles - $180.00 + tow fee


We can set your table displays as long as the floor plan is laid out and tables are set in place, as we don't move tables.


We offer full wedding design, see professional services for more information. We also offer professional staging services., which includes set up/ tear down. These services start at $350. We will also be offering “a la carte” services to help with your special day. These services will include but are not limited to: timeline itinerary, shower planning/coordination, gift bag shopping and compiling, guest seating chart, seating chart cards. These services are tailored to your specific needs and prices vary. Please inquire.

Additional Staff Fees

For our services, we always have at least two staff members present. To create a stunning tablescape or decorate the area, we first assess the venue and then assign staff accordingly. If your venue has time constraints or if you have a large guest list with over 15 tables or additional decor areas, we will adjust our staffing accordingly. Rest assured, this is to ensure that you receive the most beautiful experience possible. Our staff fees can be up to $50 additional per hour.

Is all inventory on website?

No....we have so much to offer and invite you to come see our showroom. We are constantly adding to our inventory so we can make sure our clients are happy.

What if an item I rented gets damaged or lost?

We understand normal wear and tear of ​our items. But if item is clearly damaged ​well beyond this, you will be charged 4x's ​the rental fee from your security ​deposit. If an item is completely ​missing, such as a whole centerpiece, ​you will be charged based on total retail ​cost of that centerpiece. This will be ​noted on the rental invoice and we will ​go over this when contract is signed. ​Please note that if you use real wax ​candles and it gets on our linens or ​runners, you will be responsible for ​replacing that item at cost as we don’t ​allow real candles to be used other than ​floating in water.

How do I pay?

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, we require a few ​deposits. For 3-6 month ​rentals, an initial 50% ​deposit of our minimum ​rental amount of $500 is ​required and will go towards ​your final bill. If choosing ​any of our packages or ​services, then 25% of the ​package will be required for ​down payment and will go ​towards your final bill. See ​terms and conditions.

Is there a cleaning fee for linens?

We strive to keep our linen prices low because this is a huge expense when it comes to weddings. Even with our cleaning fee, our linens are still priced at a very low rental amount.

Linen Information

We offer linens in 3 color choices. We handle all the wash and care of these linens as well. When renting linens, they come laundered and folded. If you are wanting them steamed & pressed there is an additional charge of $5.00 per linen. By choosing one of our professional services, then this service is included. Please note there is still a cleaning fee of $30 regardless. We strive to offer our clients many rental options, but please note, we are not a linen rental company. This is just a convenient rental for my clients. Our linens are of quality and are pretty much stain resistant, but wrinkles will happen in polyester linens regardless. We can’t promise no wrinkles even if steamed and pressed.

When is final payment ​due?
